Education: MBA or Master's degree in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
Years of Experience: 18+ years of experience in software development, cloud platforms, AI/ML, Data Science, and edge computing applications for power systems. Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or supporting sales teams in the North American market is a plus.
Language: Native English
Responsibilities
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, Machine Learning, and software solutions supporting renewable power plant controls, energy management systems, and Transmission & Distribution (T&D) automation applications.
Lead and develop Technical Product Management teams, fostering innovation and ensuring effective collaboration with engineering, project delivery, sales, and customer success organizations.
Drive the development and deployment of advanced technologies, including cloud platforms, AI/ML models, data science applications, and edge computing solutions for power systems.
Collaborate with utilities, regulators, customers, and other industry stakeholders to understand market requirements, support grid modernization initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity requirements.
Provide technical sales support across the U.S. market, including customer presentations, product demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, and translating customer feedback and requirements into product enhancements and business growth opportunities.
